Is your jewelry real?

Yes. Every stone we sell is genuine lab-created moissanite (or lab-grown diamond where stated), set in real metals. Stone type, metal, and measurements are listed on every product page — what the listing says is exactly what you get. We never pass moissanite off as mined diamond.

Will it pass a diamond tester?

Will it cloud, fade, or turn?

Moissanite never clouds or fades — its brilliance is permanent. Solid gold doesn't tarnish; silver can be polished back in seconds. Care tips live in our Jewelry Care Guide.

How fast do you ship?

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Standard shipping is free on all US orders, with express available at checkout. Custom pieces take longer — we'll tell you the timeline directly.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — US only for now.

What's your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging. Email dmoney0045@hotmail.com with your order number to start. Custom and made-to-order pieces are subject to a restocking fee — see our Refund Policy for full details.

Do you do custom pieces?

Yes — custom and made-to-order work is our specialty. Custom orders require a deposit that becomes non-refundable once production starts. Email dmoney0045@hotmail.com with your idea and we'll quote it.

How do I know sizing?

Every product page lists measurements — chain length, bracelet size, watch case size, frame width. Not sure what fits? Email us before ordering — we'd rather get it right the first time.
