Will it fit my watch?

Every part is named for the model it fits. Not sure what you have? Check the caseback or email us before you order.

Is the watch included?

No. You get the part. Bezels ship with their GRA card and an install tool kit. The watch and band are not included.

Will it damage my watch?

It's a screw-on part and it comes off the same way it went on. Go slow, keep your screws and don't overtighten. If something feels wrong, stop and email us.

How long does the install take?

Depends on your hands. It's a few screws with the tools in the box. First time, take it slow.

Will it tarnish? Can I get it wet?

Sterling silver and brass can dull over time. Wipe it down and keep it dry. There is no water rating on the bezel.

Are the stones diamonds?

No. Every stone is moissanite and sold as moissanite. Each moissanite piece ships with its GRA card, and the stones do pass a diamond tester. Moissanite vs diamond covers the difference.

Can you do my model or a different finish?

Ask us. Send the model and finish through the custom request form or by email. Custom and special orders take a deposit that becomes non-refundable once production starts.

How fast does it ship?

Orders ship within 3 business days with tracking. Standard US shipping is free, express is available at checkout. US addresses only for now.

What is the return policy?

Returns within 14 days of delivery, unworn, in original condition and packaging. Email dmoney0045@hotmail.com with your order number to start. Custom and special order deposits are non-refundable once production starts.

Is this official?

No. 617 ICED is an independent parts shop, not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Casio, Swatch or Audemars Piguet. Model names are there to tell you what fits, nothing more.
